Acoustic vibration device

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To enable for the chairs on the market to sense the heary low sound earily by incorporating the mechanism to vibrate the chair into the space formed at the crossing part between the seat part and the backbone part of the chair when a mansits down. CONSTITUTION: Vibration plate 17 is composed of the foaming substance such as the foaming polyurethane or 15∼20 times foaming degree, featuring good vibrating performance at the low sound band in light weight as well as the rigidity enough to be inserted into joint part 19c between seat part 19a and backbone part 19b of chair 19. Attachment hole 18 is drilled at plate 17, and electric-mechanical vibration converter V is attached to plate 17 by being fitted to hole 18 and with flange part 4 and 5 of case main body 1 fixed onto the surface of plate 17. The thickness of plate 17 is set a little larger than that of converter V with the rigidity secured, and also preventing main body 1 from connecting to the rigid body. COPYRIGHT: (C)1980,JPO&Japio
