Length measuring unit

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To easily enable long sized unit, by providing the scale to the plunger and moving the both. CONSTITUTION: The magnetic scale 2 is provided and fixed on the fixed metal fixtures 6, 7 so that is can be parallel with the plunger 1, the detection head 3 is fitted on the fitting stand 8, and the fitting stand 8 is fixed on the base stand or console. Thus, the magnetic scale 2 passes through in the detection head 3 and it is interlocked with the plunger 1 borne movably toward shaft via the hearing 5 provided with the base stand or console and the fixed metal fixtures 6, 7, and the displacement is detected with the detection head 3. Accordingly, the long sized plunger type digital length measuring unit can easily be estabilished and the length toward the measuring axis can be shortened. COPYRIGHT: (C)1980,JPO&Japio
