Wrecking method

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To prevent the decrease of the front axle load of a traction car in traction traveling wherever possible by fitting a counterweight at the back of the frame of a drawn vehicle. CONSTITUTION: At the rear end of the frame of a drawn vehicle 2, a counterweight 4 is fitted. Accordingly, when the distance between the front and the rear axles of the drawn vehicle 2 is indicated by A, the distance between the rear axle and the counterweight is indicated by C, the weight of the counterweight is indicated by Wc, and the weight which is applied to the wrecking fork 3 of the drawn car 2 is indicated by Wv', then Wv8=Wv-C/A.Wc is formed, and the front axle load Wf of the traction car 1 in wrecking decreases. Accordingly, the instability in traveling is prevented wherever possible, and traction apparatuses such as wrecking fork are made in small volume and small dimension, and the increase of the rear axle weight and the total weight of the traction car 1 can be suppressed, and unreasonableness in strength does not arise.
