Color facsimile transmitter

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To obtain a high-sensitivity color facsimile transmitter through scanning with use of a single photoelectric conversion element and without using the half- mirror. CONSTITUTION:Light sources 13-15 of the optical three primary colors are connected seqentially to power source 16 with every turn of original cylinder 1 to secure lighting of red 13, green 14 and blue 15 each. Thus the color signals on the original are supplied in sequence to modulator 12 and then sent to circuit 11. The secondary scanning is gived to the facsimile by the normal method. This system can be applied also to the solid scanning for the CCD sensor, the MOS image sensor and others, featuring a simple constitution and high sensitivity.
