Torque variation inhibiting device of internal combustion engine
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To decrease the quantity of an explosive primary component, which varys, of crank torque, by applying magnetic torque, which has approximate antiphase to an explosive primary component of the torque of rotations generated at a crank-shaft of an internal combustion engine, to the crank-shaft. CONSTITUTION:A fly-wheel 12 is fixedly mounted to a crank-shaft 11 of an internal combustion engine 10 while the first magnetic flux generating means 20 is disposed onto an outer circumference oc the wheel 12. The second magnetic flux generating means 13 consisting of an exciting coil 13a and a yoke 13b is installed in close vicinity to the magnetic flux generating means 20, and the second magnetic flux generating means 13 is controlled by means of a control circuit 14, to which each element signal of the engine 10 is input. That is, the wheel 12 is reversed by means of both magnetic flux generating means when the sudden variation of torque is generated at the crank-shaft due to external main causes such as the vibration of the engine.
