Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To simply compose a coil employing a toroidal core and simplify and automate toroidal inspection and coil assembly, by connecting conductors to one another to manufacture a winding around the toroidal core. CONSTITUTION: A toroidal core 20 is placed in the core housing recess 15 of a bobbin 1. Another bobbin 10 is placed on the former 1. Connection pins 11A, 11B are fitted in connection parts 6A, 5B. Connection pins 12A, 12B are fitted in connection parts 7A, 6B Connection pins 13A, 13B are fitted in connection parts 8A, 7B. Connection pins 14A, 14B are fitted in connection parts 9B, 8B. As a result, a winding is made of conductors 5, 11, 6, 12, 7, 13, 8, 14, 9 around the toroidal core 20. A coil unit having the winding around the toroidal core 20 can thus be manufactured, only by putting the core in the bobbin 1 and placing the bobbin 10 over them. COPYRIGHT: (C)1980,JPO&Japio
