Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To achieve the simplification of mechanism, the perfect prevention of light leakage and the improvement of operating characteristic by providing the interlocking mechanism of front cover and photographing lens barrel to the side wall side of the guide frame of the lens barrel and so constituting the same that the interlocking mechanism will not protrude to the outer side of the body. CONSTITUTION: To take a picture, the frong cover 11 is turned about an axis 10 and the front face of the camera is opened. As a result of this, the river 8b of a disc 8 is pushed to the edge part of the groove 11c of an arm 11a to turn the disc 8 in the counterclockwise direction. This causes the pin 8a to move to the right by drawing an arc until the pin 8a pushes the edge part of the groove hole 6a of a lever 6, thereby oscillating the lever 6 in the clockwise direction about the axis 7. Along with this, the edge part of the groove hole 6a pushes the pin 4a of a barrel holding member 4 and moves forward the barrel holding member 4 and the barrel 3 integral with this, thereby letting part of the lens barrel 3 advance from the front plate 2 of the body. After ending of the photographing, the front cover 11 is closed. In this way, the simplification of the mechanism, the perfect prevention of light leakage and the improvement of operating characteristic may be achieved. COPYRIGHT: (C)1980,JPO&Japio
