Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To make it possible to read a picture signal under the circumstances of the fixed quantity of light. CONSTITUTION: In the figure, 1 and 2 indicate an original and lamps and a clock signal generated by supplying synchronizing signal A to clock generatot 13 is supplied to CCD driver circuit 14; and CCD scanner 4 is operated picture signal output G can be obtained from amplifier 15. The output of photo sensor 7 receiving light from standard reflecting plate 5 is amplified by amplifier 10 and applied to integrator 11. Output B from integrator 11, on the other hand, is applied to level detector 12 and when the level reaches a fixed value, level detector 12 output signal D. Signal D indicates that the quantity of light reaches the fixed level, CCD is driven on the basis of this signal to extract a picture signal, so that a picture signal with the constant quantity of accumulated light can be obtained.
