Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To prevent a generation of spark, with a prescribed value of resistance provided between anode button and bulb spacer contact, by applying a prescribed graphite film material, having a prescribed specific resistance, to between funnel cone portion and neck portion. CONSTITUTION: A graphite film material, mainly composed of graphite, titanium dioxide, and water glass, having a specific resistance of 10 0 to 10 5 Ω-cm, is applied to between a funnel cone part 2a and a neck part 2b, to provide a resistance value of 5KΩ to 5MΩ between an anode button 7 and a bulb spacer contact 9 connected to an electrode of electron gun 8. Accordingly, a generation of spark is removed capable of preventing the bulb spacer contact, its contacting graphite film and the electron gun circuit from damage. COPYRIGHT: (C)1980,JPO&Japio
