Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To achieve the improvement of thermal conductivity of rubber elastic material by mixing fiber chips having specific sizes and specific resistance to the rubber elastic material having been covered on core metal. CONSTITUTION: When filaments of about 0.5μm to 500μ in size or fiber chips of specific resistance 10 8 Ωcm or under comprising bundling these are mixed in the rubber elastic material 2 having been covered on a core metal 1, the thermal conductivity of the rubber elastic body 2 may be enhanced. If fabric form metal fibers of metal powder and other conductive carbon or other besides the fiber chips are mixed together in the rubber elastic body to the extent of not impairing the elasticity of the rubber, its characteristics may be further improved. If a mineral fiber layer 12 such as of metal, glass or the like is covered on the core metal 11 and the rubber elastic body 13 mixed with the fiber chips is provided thereon, the additionally higher effect will be obtained.
