Sequence control method

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To reduce the action required time of the sequence control in the stored program system, by executing a proper sequence detected from groups of condition with the sequence divided into several sections according to the order of control. CONSTITUTION: The sequence in the drawing A is divided into six sequential sections respectively covering the time until an output valve opening command relay 21S starts operation, a guide valve opening control command relay 65S starts operation, ... and finally a load control command relay 43 WLR starts operation. At the same time, the return time of a start initiating relay BR is set at the SEQ 2-0 and let to be memorized with a memory as shown in the drawing 3. A branch execution symbol BR is provided to check conditions as to whether AND is established or not in the branch and specifies a proper address, whereby selection is made from the sequential sections SEG 2-0, SEG 1-1 ... and SEQ 1-5. Accordingly, execution of only one of sequential sections from SEQ 2-0 to 1-5 suffices for the purpose, thus eliminating the trouble of executing the whole sequence as in the past.
