Alignment-error display method in solid image pick-up device

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To simply re-register solid objects to be picked up by picking up the stripe pattern with specified number of stripe, detecting the components of side wave band and displaying with the detected output. CONSTITUTION: High image resolution is obtained by arranging plural number of solid object to be picked up, 1, 2 and 3, in the specified position in the space and this method detects the side wave band components produced by sampling the picked up image signals obtained by picking up stripe-pattern 4 with specified number of strips and displaying an alignment error of solid object to be picked up, 1, 2 and 3, by driving display unit 14 by the detected output.
