Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To eliminate the resistance-value error of a resistance circuit by using the main body of a linear resistor as a potentiometer and by connecting terminals of several tap lead-out parts extended from this main body to switching transistors. CONSTITUTION:Onto a thick field oxidized film, main body A of a linear impurity- added polysilicon resistor is provided and impurity-added region E of a switching semiconductor element formed in this main body A and the substrate is connected at part B where one part of the polysilicon resistor is protruded, without forming another wiring layer.
