Resin laminate

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: A resin laminate usable for rigid food container materials, etc., having improved gas barrier properties and impact resistance, manufactured by bonding a saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer layer to a polystyrene resin layer via a specific blend layer. CONSTITUTION: A saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer layer (A) with a vinyl acetate content ≥30 mol%, the saponification degree ≥70 mol%. and improved gas barrier properties is bonded to a polystyrene resin layer (B) having improved impact resistance via a resin blend layer (C) of (a) a block copolymer of a conjugated diolefin and a mononvinyl substituted aromatic compound and (b) an olefinic copolymer consisting of vinyl alcohol-unsaturated carboxylic acid or its derivative units in the molecule COPYRIGHT: (C)1979,JPO&Japio
