Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To simplify the motor mechanism by using the half of a piece of the driving roller (in the longer direction) for driving of the transmission manuscript and the other half for driving of the record paper respectively. CONSTITUTION: Driving roller 1 is driven in the arrow (a) with the synchronous velocity. Thermal head 2 is made to touch roller 1 at about half of the region of roller 1 to hold record paper 4 between roller 1 and 2, and paper 4 is driven in the arrow (b). On the other hand, manuscript guide 3 is made to touch roller 1 at about half region of the other side of roller 1 to hold transmission manuscript 5 between roller 1 and guide 3.
