Cargo handling operation controlling system for electrically driven cargo handing vehicle
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: To provide a cargo handling operation controlling system for electrically driven cargo handling vehicle, which is capable of improving efficiency of cargo handling operation and at the same time reducing power consumption, by controlling the load of a cargo handling motor in accordance with the load at each process of cargo handling operation. CONSTITUTION: The cargo handling operation controlling system for battery driven fork lift truck, of this invention, comprises a hydraulic pump P driven by a single motor M, a plurality of cylinders, i.e., lift cylinder 1, tilt cylinder 2 and reach cylinder 3, driven by the hydraulic fluid discharged from said pump P, and changeover valves 4W6 corresponding to respective cylinders 1W3, wherein by-pass conduits 5a, 6a for by-passing hydraulic fluid from pump P to tank T are formed respectively in land portions 5e, 6e of spool of changeover valves 5, 6 corresponding to the low-speed cylinders 2, 3 excluding maximum-speed cylinder, i.e., lift cylinder 1, so as to operate these cylinders 1W3 at different speeds COPYRIGHT: (C)1979,JPO&Japio
