Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To obtain the circuit less in S/N depreciation, by enabling to reject noise surely from the video signal regradless of the movement of picture, in the circuit rejecting the noise of TV video signal. CONSTITUTION: The detection circuits 5a and 5b detecting the minimum difference signal minimizing the absolute value of the difference level signal of plurality between the signal of a plural number of video elements of other field screen corresponding to the vicinity of the video element X of a location of the field screen having video signal and the signal of the video element X of a position are provided, and the non-linear circuits 6A and 6B feeding the minimum value signal of the circuit 5a and 5b and outputting the linear and non-linear output signal depending on the level are provided. The output of the circuts 6A and 6B is fed and added to the synthesizing circuit 8 through the latch circuits 7A and 7B having the delay time for phase compensation. Further, if the level of the minimum difference signal is less than a given number, the arithmetic mean between the signal of the other field screen corresponding to the minimum difference signal and the signal of the video element X is performed with the mean circuit 9, outputting video signal rejecting noise at the output terminals 2 COPYRIGHT: (C)1979,JPO&Japio
