Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To perform stabilization with a simple unit independently of the ratio of the storage time to the scanning time, by introducing the light from the light source to a part of the solidstate scanning element with the material of specified con- centration and by varying the video signal voltage from the solidstate scanning element through the detection of the light quantity of light source. CONSTITUTION: In the solidstate scanning device radiating the original with light source and performing photo electric conversion for the light from the original with the solidstate scanning element, the reflection section 3 is placed at the left end of the manual stand 2 to which image formation is made to the photo electric conversion section of the solidstate scanning element 1, and this reflection section 3 is made of the material of constant consentration. Further, the reflecting light from the original 4 and the reflection section 3 is formed on the photoelectric conversion section of element 1 with the optical system 5, and the output signal from the element 1 is amplified with the video amplifier 6. Further, the light amount detection output of light source detected with the reflection section 3 is held on the sample hole circuit 7 for one line scanning time. The output of the circuit 7 is fed to the video output of the amplifier 6 via the photo coupler 8 and the output is stablized by varying video output COPYRIGHT: (C)1979,JPO&Japio
