Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To enable to perform delivery with a speed approximately the same speed as the modulation speed, by inserting and delivering the dummy bit of the opposite signal as a signal continuous at the transmitter, and by rejecting the dummy bit after the reception, when the same bits are in continuity with more than a given bit.
