Superconductive transmission line
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: To secure steady transmission of the larg-capacity signal via the thin- diameter transmission line by forming a number of stripe-shaped superconductors in a 2-dimensional way to form the weak-connection type magnetic flux transmission line with the coaxial structure to the magnetic substance. CONSTITUTION: Dielectric layer 12 and magnetized magnetic substance layer 13 are provided coaxially outside non-magnetized substance wire (magnetism shielding substance wire) 11 to be the center of the transmission line. Then a number of thin film type superconductors 14 are adhered onto the inner wall of layer 13, and superconductive weak-connection part 15 is formed between each adjacent conductors 14. With application of the voltage between conductors 14, the magnetic flux quantized based on the superconductive characteristics is propagated to part 15. This magnetic flux path is made into 1 m thick theroetically to be a piece of the signal path, and several pieces can be made into a piece of the signal path in consideration of the reliability. Also, the dielectric layer and the non-magnetized magnitic substance layer are laminated coaxially outside layer 13, and the magnetic flux transmission line is formed to either one of the opposing magnetic substance layer to magnetize the even-ordered magnetic substance layer after the fourth one. Thus, the capacity can be incresed COPYRIGHT: (C)1979,JPO&Japio
