Abstract PURPOSE: To control the rotation frequency of a speed change gear by allowing a cam mechanism to be interposed between an element driven by a pulse motor and an element driven by a gear-shifting ring of a friction type speed change gear, and allowing said cam apparatus to operate the gear-shifting ring.
