Control means for machine tool

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To provide a control means for machine tool capable of effecting a numerical control processing by means of a predetermined program and a profiling processing by one tool machine. CONSTITUTION: A numerical control fundamental arithmetic portion 1 performs a treatment of Pc and Pa inputs and transmits a numerical control position error signal E 1 to an error input switching circuit 5 via a signal line 3, and a profiling control fundamental arithmetic portion 2 performs a treatment of an input Pe and supplies a profiling position error signal E 2 to an error input switching circuit 5 via a signal line 4 as an input. And, when E 1 is supplied to a driving amplifier 6 as an input and a numerical control is effected for a driving means of X-axis, a numerical control is also effected for a driving means of Y-axis and thus it becomes possible to combine a numerical control and a profiling control at will COPYRIGHT: (C)1979,JPO&Japio
