Non-impact recording method
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To enable recording to be performed at a high density and high resolution without causing ground contamination and make possible high speed recording by orientating the toner remained on the bottom part to the mormal direction with a magnetical means and letting recording medium surface and protrusion contact. CONSTITUTION:A counter electrode 20 comprises securing a bottom part sleeve 202 which is formed by a conductive ferromagnetic material, e. g., Ni, Co and the like to a thin-walled hollow cylinder, on the peripheral surface of a substrate sleeve 201 and potrusively providing minute convex parts 203-1, 203-2...203-i... composed of non-cnductive and non-magnetic, e. g., synthetic resin, synthetic rubber, ceramics and the like at an approximately even face density forming all these nearly to the same height. A magnetic roller 70 is dispoed in the toner supply part and recording part in the conveying path of toner T by the counter electrode 20. Thereby, high- density images may be obtained with high speed recording without causing ground contamination.
