Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To increase the laser oscillation efficiency, by throwing away laser media and obtaining stable glow discharge, through the constitution of maser media by adding CO, He as auxiliary gas to the main gas consisting of CO2 and N2, and through the addition of Ar gas 10 to 70% to full volume.
