Abstract PURPOSE:To make stable the frequency to the variation of temperature and power supply voltage, by adopting the voltage via the transistor of the same Darlington system for the divided voltage in the voltage dividing circuit, corresponding tothe output transistor with the emitter follower constitution in Darlington connection.
