Abstract PURPOSE: Heating device for heating a heated object without making any failure thereof by arranging a discharge opening in a space for storing a heated object, arranging a rectification plate in an air flow passing way extending to a discharge duct via air chamber, and arranging a sensor element for sensing a physical variation found in an air flow in a pre-flow.
