Controller for hydraulic stepless transmission

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To easily and surely perform the engagement, disengagement and partial engagement of a clutch, by opening or closing short-circuit ports for connecting a high-pressure oil chamber to a low-pressure oil chamber, in response to the reciprocation of a clutch valve in the axial direction. CONSTITUTION: A cylinder 81 is provided with the short-circuit ports 87, 88, the inner end of which communicates with an inner chamber 83in (high-pressure oil chamber) and the outer end of which communicates with an outer chamber 83out (low-pressure oil chamber). A discharge port 84 is opened into the inner chamber 83in. A suction port 85 is opened into the outer chamber 83out. The clutch valve 92 is slidably fitted in a center hole 89 of the cylinder 81. The inner end of the clutch valve 92 is tapered to slowly open the short-circuit ports 87, 88. COPYRIGHT: (C)1979,JPO&Japio
