Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To eliminate the mixing with an A color at a black region by using an electron acceptor at one hand and a preset organic amine mixture for black and A color toners for electronic dichroic copy. CONSTITUTION: An optical image of a dichroic original of black and red (A) colors is made to irradiate a charged photosensitive element 1 through a red filter 3, and a black toner TB is applied to the black region of the element 1. The image of the dichroic original is again made to irradiate the charged element 1 through a cyan color filter 5 thereby to prevent the mixing which takes place in the dichroic copy to be accomplished by applying a red toner TR to the red region of the element 1 as a result of the application of TR to the black region. More specifically, the TB is mixed with an electron accepting substance, and the TR is mixed with organic amine which is operative to react the electron accepting substance thereby to develop a complementary color of red (Here, the combination may be reversed.). Upon development, the above two are reacted by the resultant heat or pressure so that the complementary color is added to the red toner TR in the black range so as to convert the TR into a black color thereby to eliminate the color mixing.
