Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To make possible simple adjustment of the contact relation of a magnetic sheet anda magnetic head in a state where a protecting cover is provided by making use of the fact that distance between the protecting cover and stabilizing plate in a recorder-reproducer using magnetic sheets relates to the amount of floating of the magnetic sheet from the stabilizing plate.
