Abstract PURPOSE: To make possible highly efficient and high speed analysis by providing a shield body which is formed of a slit or continous holes of a nearly linear array and crosses the electron flow of an X-ray tube in the horizontal scanning direction thereof, between a scanning type X-ray tube and a converting maens for converting X-rays therefrom to electric signals.
