Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:The ground wiring against the output transistor formed on a semiconductor substrate is performed independently of the ground wiring of the other switch circuit part at the preceeding stage, and an external grounding terminal is made independent of the other grounding terminal, thereby eliminating the influence of external noises.
