Abstract PURPOSE: To manufacture a multilayer structure of good bonding between adjacent layers by laminating a polyolefin layer on an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer-saponified product layer through an adhesive (layer) composed of a mixed resin of a specific modified polyolefinic resin and modified ethylenevinyl acetate copolymer.
