Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: The light transmissivity of visible light regions is additionally increased and resistivity is additionally lowered, whereby the display device is made stable to hydrogen of formation period and the life of the display device is prolonged by using transparent electrodes composed of a transparent metal oxide layer and a Zr metal layer.
