Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To lower toxicity, adapt the process to environmental pollution control, and raise bleaching speed, by making pretreatment using a specified bleach accelerator prior to bleaching or bleach fix treatment using an organic acid metal complex salt as a bleaching agent before color development.
