Abstract PURPOSE: To provide a floating oil recovering apparatus in which a small float having an oil receiving port is connected through an expansible pipe with an oil recovering tool having large floats thereby improving the followability of the oil receiving part with respect to the fluctuation in the water level of the oil receiving port.
