Abstract PURPOSE: To provide a flame-retardant resinous composition comprising a polymer blend consisting of polyvinyl chloride or chlorinated polyethylene and ABS resin, compounded with a specific inorg. compound, which is of low toxicity, evolves a minimum amount of gases upon buring, and will not causes no problems such as mold corrosion.
