Abstract PURPOSE: To effectively recover the organic solvent with a small amount of purge gas without discharging to the atmosphere, by circulatingly reusing cooled recovered purge gas, after detaching the organic solvent to be adsorbed with inactive purge gas, at the temperature more than the boiling point of the organic solvent.
