Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To make the size of a resonator smaller and prevent the decrease in vibration characteristics owing to its support by forming main electrodes being positioned one-sidedly toward one of the ends in a lengthwise direction, providing recesses near the node in the vicinity of the other end, forming extracting electrodes extending from the main electrodes on these recessed surfaces and connecting electrode supporting bars thereto.
