Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To obtain a lens which possesses good lenticular characteristics for use in a light existing portion, and which can be coupled to a light guiding path with high coupling efficiency, by etching the side of a laminated compound whose composition ratio is altered in such as manner that the refractive index lowers gradually from the center toward the uppermost and lowermost layers.
