Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: Jointly using the power source synchronization system and the voltage synchronization system, the apparatus is synchronized at the point in which the current becomes zero, and the charging voltage of the CR circuit and the control input are detected and compared, and the electric current in proportion to the control voltage is allowed to flow, and thus the AC control commutator element FLS is properly operated.
