Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To prevent yield reduction caused by uneven frequency temperature characteristics of thickness shear type quartz crystal oscillator by a simple system in which the thickness of evaporation film if varied, and thus to secure a compact and high-efficiency quartz crystal oscillator for watch use in a big quantity and with reduced cost.
