Abstract PURPOSE: Provision of a flat linear induction pump which mounts on a pump duct an electrode for detection of induction voltage so that the operation of "ONOFF" for heating of the pump duct be effected in response to the level of the induction voltage of the electrode, thereby protecting the duct from undue overheating.
