Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: A detection element A consisting of a metal oxide semiconductor of nearly equivalent temperature change rate of electric resistivity and the rate of change in electric resistivity by deterioration whose electric resistivity decreases by contacting with inflammable gas and smoke is combined with a detection element B consisting of a metal oxide semiconductor whose electric resistivity increases by contacting with inflammable gas and smoke, to form a bridge circuit, and a power supply E is connected across its input terminals a, b and an alarm D is connected across its output terminals c, d, whereby a detection device is composed.
