Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: A metal coating is formed on the film on a subatrate and a jig is bonded to this metal coating by means of an adhesive resin, after which tension is applied to this jig, whereby the adhesion over a wide range between the films and between the film and the substrate is measured at high accuracy and with ease.
