Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: To provide a regulator of a simple construction which maintains the output light of a video tape recorder etc. at an uniform level and prevents Moir;L effect by regulating a bias point of a photomodulator with the high order higher harmonics of modulated light and at the same time by controlling the quantity of light with the low-frequency components.
