Abstract

Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide dehumidifying effect, deodorizing effect and mothproofing effect by using granular or powdery charcoal and small piece-like Japanese paper as the filler of a bag body. SOLUTION: This pillow is formed by filling charcoal and Japanese paper in a rectangular bag body. The charcoal has the function as activated charcoal as well as the function of generating far infrared rays by being filled in the pillow, and also has the function of deodorization, dehumidification, and absorption of impurity and toxic material. As the charcoal, Bincho charcoal is used, whereby the function of generating minus ions to accelerate blood circulation is also provided as well as extremely efficient absorption of impurity or toxic material. The Japanese paper suppresses the mutual rubbing of the charcoal, adsorbs the carbon powder generated by the rubbing, and also has dehumidifying function. As the Japanese paper, an antibacterial Japanese paper is used, and since a ceramic material and an antibacterial agent are added in the manufacture, this paper has the functions of generating far infrared rays by the ceramic material and preventing the generation of bacteria by the antibacterial agent.
