Abstract

Abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assemble a floor part and a ceiling part in a factory by connecting a ceiling beam which is a frame component on the upper end side of a column which is a frame component, and connecting a floor support member which is not a frame component on the lower end side of the column. SOLUTION: Four shape steel-made ceiling beams 12 are rigidly connected to the upper end parts of four square steel pipe-made columns 11 by welding or the like. A square steel pipe or shape steel-made floor surface support beam 13 is pin-connected to the lower end part of each column 11 by a stud bolt or the like to constitute a building unit 10. In the construction of the building unit 10, a foundation base 22 formed of precast concrete or cast-in-place concrete is provided on the ground, and a shape steel-made foundation beam 21 is fixed to the foundation base 22 by an anchor bolt or the like. Further, the lower end part of the column 11 of the building unit 10 is fixed to the foundation beam 21 by a high strength bolt or the like.
