Mobile communication base station device

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To effectively use communication line equipments, to reduce the power consumption of a base station and to improve the availability of power by calculating the average value of use based on the number of the communication line equipments in use and supplying the power only to the communication equipments for the number of the average value of use among the plural communication equipments. CONSTITUTION:In this base station equipment, a CODEC part 11 and a line interface part 21, the CODEC part 12 and the line interface part 22, the CODEC part 13 and the line interface part 23 and the CODEC part 14 and the line interface part 24 respectively constitute the communication line equipments and four communication lines are secured as a whole. Then, a control part 5 counts and stores the number of the communication equipments used at the determined time within a day, continues that for the prescribed number of days and calculates the average value of the number of the communication equipments in use for the respective time. Further, after the prescribed number of days for obtaining the average value elapse, the power is fed only to the communication line equipments for the same number as the average value of use at the time at the respective time within a day.
