[Structure] A magnet 7 for magnetism detection is newly provided separately from the rotor magnet 6, and each magnet is individually magnetized. With such a structure, the structure of the magnetizing equipment becomes simple, and it is possible to magnetize without using the magnetizing equipment having a complicated structure.
