Method for cutting fine metallic wire

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To allow treatment of a large amt. without intrusion of impurities by cutting a fine metallic wire by blades for cutting provided in proximity to the front end of guides when the fine metallic wire is delivered by a specified length from the front ends on the outlet side of the guides. CONSTITUTION:The blades 5a, 5b for cutting operate to cut once the fine metallic wire 1 where feed rolls 2a, 2b start rotating to deliver the fine metallic wire 1 and complete the delivery for one time. The blades stop again in an open position. The blades 5a, 5b for cutting operate again to complete the second cutting when the feed rolls 2a, 2b end the delivery of the fine metallic wire 1 for the next one time. The cutting is successively executed in this way and the cut fine metallic wire pieces fall separately by each piece.
